Birth Doula Service

My birth doula package includes 1-2 prenatal meetings where I learn more about you and your needs, we discuss your plan and options, and prepare for labor.

When you feel labor is well-established, and my assistance is desired, I will meet you at your home or place of birth and assist you until you are ready to transfer to the hospital or birth center (unless a home birth of course!).  I will provide physical and emotional comfort and calm. I will remind you of your plans and support you in decision-making.

After the birth of your baby, I will assist with feeding, help you get comfortable, and stay with you until you and baby are ready for rest.

Approximately one week postpartum, I will come to you for a follow-up appointment to check in on you and baby.

The fee for this service is $1100. I’d love to discuss more details with you!

Postpartum Support

Whether you’re a first time parent or expecting your fourth baby, you may find that you need an extra hand when your new baby arrives. I am professionally trained to help ease you into parenthood (or into being a parent of four) by providing feeding support, postpartum healing tips, babywearing education, sibling support, meal prep, and light housework.

The fee for this service is $25/hour between the hours of 8am and 8pm, and $35/hr for the overnight hours of 8pm-8am.
